Group Classes
We offer engaging, therapist-led group classes designed to support children’s development while empowering caregivers with practical, easy-to-use strategies. Each group is led by a licensed speech-language pathologist and provides a supportive, interactive environment for learning, connection, and growth.
Starting Solids
Beginning solids can feel overwhelming—we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
This class is designed for infants who are ready to start or have recently begun eating solid foods. We cover when and how to introduce solids, safe feeding practices, baby-led vs. traditional approaches, and how to support positive early experiences with food.
Caregivers will leave feeling confident, informed, and prepared to support their child’s feeding journey.
Caregiver & Me With An SLP (Language-Based)
Supporting early communication through play, connection, and everyday moments.
These classes focus on building early language skills, including gestures, imitation, joint attention, and first words. Through songs, play, and interactive routines, caregivers learn how to support communication development in natural, meaningful ways.
This class is ideal for infants and toddlers who are developing early communication skills, as well as caregivers who want to feel more confident supporting language at home.
Food Explorers
Helping children build confidence with new foods—one step at a time.
Food Explorers is designed for children who are selective eaters or hesitant to try new foods. Through playful, low-pressure exposure, we encourage children to interact with foods using all their senses—touching, smelling, and eventually tasting.
Our goal is to reduce mealtime stress, expand food variety, and make eating a more positive experience for the whole family.
